WHAT IS ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION THERAPY?
Erectile Dysfunction, or ED – the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough for sexual intercourse – is a common problem among men of all ages. Research suggests that half of all men over 40 years of age have experienced some degree of ED, with 25% of those above 65 suffering from ED on a regular basis. Erectile Dysfunction can be rooted in a physical or psychological problem, as well as a combination of the two.
CAN ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED) BE A SYMPTOM OF LOW TESTOSTERONE?
Low testosterone is usually the prime suspect when it comes to ED, and it can additionally lead to fatigue, depression, anxiety, obesity and diabetes, all of which can independently cause ED. In some cases, deficiency of human growth hormone and low oxytocin might also lead to inability to sustain or achieve an erection.
